¿IQF, what is? 

IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) technology is the process where each piece of product is frozen individually, retaining nutrients and flavor. The freezing process is carried out through the IQF system, which guarantees that once thawed the product retains all the texture, nutritional value and the same flavor as the recently haervested producto. Likewaise, the use of this process guarantees that it is not necessary to add any type of chemicals or preservatives to the products.
